I love to gather circles for song, sharing, and ritual. Whether on zoom or in real life, I anchor a field of accessible, playful, sacred relating.

I’m currently nesting in Iowa City, offering SOUL ROOT song + support circle to explore how singing together activates our instincts toward mutual aid and collective care.

I co-facilitate A Year in Ceremony with Earthkeeper Wisdom School to practice emergent ritual craft in service of social change.

When it’s time to ‘go visiting’, I enjoy road tripping or bike packing to offer song circles around the Midwest and beyond, cross-pollinating sacred kinship through music. Reach out if you’d like to invite me to your community ♥︎
